Remember, you can post your loads Privately or you can post it Publicly.

To post Private loads for your preferred carriers, they first need to register with us so you can add them into your list of Approved Carriers list.

Carriers love to see loads described in detail. They right away know if they can do the load or not. They are extremely happy not to waste time calling you if they do not have available trucks or truck without adequate equipment for your load.

If you prefer to be called on the phone, you can certainly choose that option too (during your load-posting process). In this case, your phone number will be shown on the load-description page and the carriers will not have the option to submit online quotes, only to call you on the phone.

Even then, due to your detailed load-listing description, you dramatically cut the conversation time in half. The carriers won’t ask you many questions over the phone; they will just call you to verbally give you their quotes.

Thank You for a Successful Kickoff of our Charity Campaign

As you already know our innovative and yet practical online load-board has been the core factor for our Company’s success and rapid growth. We feel that it is our obligation to share our success with the ones in need, through various Charity Programs.

Shipping freight with multiple stops could be much more time consuming and painful, than shipping a load with no stops in-between the origin and destination point. When you do so, with each phone call you make to the trucking companies your conversations get longer and your patience gets shorter. An Online Load-Board – The Ultimate Solution for Freight Brokers and Carriers

In today’s fast paced Freight Industry and its ever-changing environment, the challenge almost every freight broker faces is to balance the time between quickly covering the available freight with the right carriers and following leads which will bring new business to the company. Well, it really is a “Catch 22”. In the past few years many online load-boards have been somewhat helpful to freight brokers on one side and freight carriers on the other, in replacing a portion of their “freight and truck chase battle” over the phone. Imagine, if you will, that you are a manufacturer with a shipping department. You produce the equivalent of three truckloads per day bound for Western Canada. At the end of the day, you’re shipping staff have made up the pallets for three routes to a total of eight distribution centers. Cargo Success software generates and saves email trails on Impenetrable hard drives, and this data-storage mandate has prompted several upgrades to the company’s servers. The Just-In-Time delivery system that has saved users and distribution centres millions in storage and handling costs was ready for the Cargo Success brand of logistics software, said Kockovski. It fits right in, because the Broker’s or Shipper’s posting specifies precise times and alternatives of each load.

Both Shippers/Brokers and Carriers, in the system receive their own profile ratings automatically based on feedback and comments posted directly by previous dealings with other members on this freight community. A load can be awarded to the shipper’s or broker’s preferred carrier with one mouse click. He is also planning a move into e-customs upgrades to the software, “and other planned add-ons, including satellite tracking and mobile access.

To show proof of concept to the industry, the company now is offering free memberships to Shippers/Brokers and symbolic membership terms to the Carriers.
